Our XMAG Advertising Policy for Issue #94:
1. Payment: This payment exclusively covers your ad placement in Issue #94.
2. Ad Versions: Each advertiser receives two ad versions—one print version and one interactive version for XMAGDIGITAL. (Unless liner ad. Liner ads are all text)
3. Professional Design: Your ad purchase includes professional ad design. Please submit your content information, along with any desired links for the digital version, to ads@xmagonline.com. Include your order number in the email.
4. Ad Approval: If submitting your own ad design, please abide by our ad dimension requirements (2 X 2.5 - All Text and Images inside 1/4 inside bleed). All ads are subject to approval by our ad department.
5. Ad Submission Deadline: All ad information for Issue #94 must be submitted by October 24, 2025.
6. No Cancellations or Refunds: Transacted ad purchases are final and non-refundable unless the magazine issue is not published.
7. Complimentary Copies: Each advertiser will receive 10 printed copies of XMAG Issue #94.
